Ticketing policies, including late seating, refunds, and exchanges, vary by venue. Please refer to the individual venue’s website or contact its box office for the policies that apply to your performance.

LATE SEATING: Due to the intimate nature of PROTOTYPE’s performances, regrettably not all shows will offer late seating.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Refunds cannot be granted for any reason, however, exchanges for a different showtime may be possible pending availability. Please contact the box office at each venue for assistance.

Elementary, high school, and college students can get a free rush ticket to select PROTOTYPE shows, to be announced, upon presenting valid ID.

There is a limit of 1 ticket per person, and the ticket will be given out just before the House closes and the show begins. Entirely subject to availability.
